Editing: all levels of text editing, including structural and copy-editing, generally performed on-screen
in MS Word but can also be marked-up on hard copy if required

Writing: plain English rewriting, including writing for the general public and/or World Wide Web; writing
into specific formats, such as drafting text for a report based on supplied source documents;
executive summaries

Layout: layout in MS Word, including design and creation of templates for the client’s future use,
application of Word styles, and fixing problems with placement of graphics, section breaks, etc.

Indexing: professional indexing of documents edited by me or someone else using SKY Index software,
with indexes provided in Word format
